Returning Participants

Four weeks before the program starts, returning participants will receive a letter informing them that they must call to schedule Intake and assessment. They are also notified that once they complete intake and assessment they are officially re-registered for the new semester. Subsequently, they can begin their program on its first day or, alternatively, on the next program day after they complete Intake and Assessment.
 
Returning participants deciding to leave the program are disenrolled as of the date their parents/guardians notify the institution. If they decide to return to the program, they are required to follow the same process as NEW participants. Special circumstances may be considered at the discretion of the management team, provided that they are supported with written documentation for our records.
