Four weeks before the program starts, returning participants will receive a letter informing them that they must call to schedule Intake and assessment. They are also notified that once they complete intake and assessment they are officially re-registered for the new semester. Subsequently, they can begin their program on its first day or, alternatively, on the next program day after they complete Intake and Assessment.
 

Participants who are new to the EHTP must go through the rolling admissions process. New applications are date-stamped by EHTP staff and processed in the order in which they are received. At the end of every month, the EHTP will review registration and attendance data. Based on the number of seats available within the various grade cohorts, the EHTP will call families off the rolling admissions records and schedule them for an orientation meeting.
